Cage

I attended a wedding last Saturday and I was not sure of the wedding theme but it was simple and nice. They put this big gazebo (I just call it cage!) in front of the hall and everyone who'd just arrived would have to walk through it on a red carpet. It was lovely. Well, many of my friends know that if I were rich enough, I would have just gone for courses that acknowledge me as a qualified wedding planner or a chef or working as an art critic or interpreter. Well, God has something better in store for me. I just have to believe in Him. :)

As I grow older, I give the small details in my life more appreciation. I don't know why I failed to appreciate these little things in life when I was a whole lot younger no matter how annoying it can be like a child throwing tantrum or taking the wrong step or forgetting an important date. When things happen, they just happen. The failure to recognize the existence of something that happens naturally is a failure to recognize yourself as a being. The failure to feel indicates one's inadequacy in some elements that make humans human. So, why don't we just be grateful and accept things as they are (for things like your face etc)?

I know that I still have a lot to go through. I just want it to be a wonderful journey, not some bitter life story of a desperado.

So, I guess it's time to hit the sack. I've many things to cross out on the list tomorrow. Many plans to be executed. Perhaps a photo to give you some ideas? :P

Lotsa love, FR.

I feel you on this one. We tend to over look these little things when we're younger and feel like none of them are important to us. But as we grow older, we begin to see the deeper meaning of these events. For instance, we don't just wave away the guilt of forgetting a date and begin to notice how the date actually matters and not just another day. Maybe as we grow older, the appreciation for time grows with us too.
