Parents
I love my parents so much I just don't know how to say it to them! I'm sure they know it already. I hope. During my hostel days, I contacted my parents a lot. My dad especially. Hehe I am daddy's girl! Now that my foundation days are over, I'm having my 5-month break and well, even though we don't really exchange words of love at home, it's comforting enough to get to see them everyday. I feel very sorry for my cousins and friends who have lost their parents at such a tender age. That's why I always try my best to not agitate or hurt my parents' feelings. They're precious and there's no one that can assure me that everything's going to be fine but them. :')So, I know that there's a lot of ways to express love to your loved ones. And I finally found my own way to show my love to them. Of course, saying 'saya sayang abah' and 'saya sayang ibu' is not hard but you know, different people different ways. :D And I like my way. I always feel like I'm going to burst into tears every single time I try to say 'I love you' to them. I don't know it's just hard for me. And I often feel scared. I don't even know what I'm scared of. So, last February, it was my first time ever not being able to be by my dad's side and celebrate his birthday. I was not even sure what to get him. But being me, I want the present to be something memorable and meaningful. A message that can be read over and over and still does not fade. Something that when they get, they'll appreciate. I don't want the presents to be like just some other usual stuff. That day I decided to make a video for my dad! (and uploaded it on Youtube to tell the world how much I love this man)
Best Abah Ever. :')
This is one of the few things that I really like and put in effort and sacrificed time to make. I still remember the night when I had an epiphany whatever you call it to do this. This video is something that will always remain there until someone else puts it down. Something that even when I'm gone, I'm still going to be remembered. Okay, maybe not that. I simply enjoy doing these things. I don't mind not sleeping. Video making is so fun! Most importantly, during the making of this video, it was truly an exciting night with a bunch of excited housemates too! :P
I'm already on my second video project. Ibu's birthday is coming up so soon and all my friends are more than delighted to help! I love you guys to bits. :*
Love, FR.
